After 7 wonderful years of adventure🚀, our software suite is reaching a new era. We’re proud to announce the development of iZyLab V2 🛠️, a completely reimagined version to meet the needs of our users even better.
But that’s not all! 🗣️ We’re taking advantage of this exciting development to launch the iZyLab User Club 🤝✨. This collaborative space is designed for our users: a place to exchange ideas, share experiences and co-construct the future of the solution with our users.
What is the goal of these meetings? 🎯
The User Club meets 3 to 4 times a year, mainly online, with the aim of maintaining a sustainable dynamic over time.
The goal is to facilitate the continuous integration of new features into the software, without waiting for a major update, while taking into account the needs and feedback of users.
By participating, users benefit from faster adoption of changes, privileged access to new features, and collective support to maximize the effectiveness of their use of the solution.
Why this User Club? 🧐
🔹 Sharing best practices: facilitating the exchange of experiences between users, particularly on the use of specific features, optimization methods, and solutions to common challenges.
🔹 Influence on the roadmap: allowing users to shape the software’s development. Club members will sometimes have access to beta versions, test new features, or be involved in defining development priorities.
🔹 Community support: benefiting from mutual assistance to solve their issues.
🔹 Technology watch: keeping members informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the use of the software solution.
