Our development force is located in Olivet, where our teams come together to design and deploy our business solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Sales Director, your main objectives will be:
🔹Strengthen communication and online presence: create editorial content for LinkedIn and Instagram, update the website, and develop the monthly newsletter to engage customers and prospects.
🔹Supporting sales and customer initiatives: supporting the sales department in designing solutions, implementing communication actions, and proactively leading the user club with regular information, guides, educational videos and technical support.
🔹Optimising communication actions through analysis and coordination: statistical monitoring and critical analysis to optimise future communication actions, collecting and analysing feedback from users, and coordinating internal communication with the creation of documentation and support for team events.
Profile required
🔎 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
🔎 Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
🔎 Demonstrated creativity in content creation and good analytical skills
🔎 Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including commercial and design teams
🔎 Languages spoken and understood: English compulsory, a 2nd European language appreciated
🔎 Desirable qualifications: proficiency in the Office suite and comfortable with SaaS software or online interfaces in general (LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, Brevo…)
