C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous avons r\u00e9cemment embauch\u00e9 Nicolas L\u00e9on en tant que Directeur Op\u00e9rationnel pour faire le lien entre les Directions Informatique et Support et mieux suivre les projets, notamment en diminuant les d\u00e9lais de traitement des tickets.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui est Nicolas L\u00e9on ?<\/h2>\n<p>Nicolas L\u00e9on conna\u00eet parfaitement l&rsquo;industrie optique m\u00eame s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;y est lanc\u00e9 par hasard. Tout d&rsquo;abord, il a commenc\u00e9 dans un groupe espagnol en tant que responsable du service client o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait en contact direct quotidien avec les clients du d\u00e9partement commercial. Puis, il s&rsquo;est rapidement lanc\u00e9 comme Installateur et Formateur d&rsquo;opticiens en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;appareils de mesure num\u00e9rique. Parall\u00e8lement, il \u00e9tait \u00e9galement en charge des catalogues EDI sur le logiciel Eyescat.<\/p>\n<p>Six ans plus tard, il \u00e9volue en tant que Responsable Hotline dans un grand fabricant fran\u00e7ais de verres ophtalmiques. Un de ses travaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 la migration du catalogue EDI vers <a href=\"https:\/\/izysolutions.com\/fr\/nos-logiciels\/iwicatalogue\/\">iWiCatalog<\/a> , pourtant une offre iZySolutions ;-). Lors de cette migration, Nicolas a \u00e9galement profit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de recommencer \u00e0 z\u00e9ro les mauvais processus. Puis, il rejoint le hub EDI dans lequel il dirige diff\u00e9rents travaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aide au suivi et \u00e0 la passation des commandes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des outils internes (des opticiens aux syst\u00e8mes internes).<\/li>\n<li>Lentille de d\u00e9lignage \u00e0 distance s&rsquo;installant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de plusieurs marques et types de traceurs optiques.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement de connexions entre Optical Managing Software (PMS) et des interfaces particuli\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une biblioth\u00e8que de formes avec les plus grands fabricants de lunettes du march\u00e9 international.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ils \u00e9taient 4 \u00e0 travailler dans le hub EDI \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts pour finir 7 ans plus tard \u00e0 16 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, Nicolas a \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/izysolutions.com\/fr\/nos-services\/ifaxnet\/\">iFaxNet<\/a> , un service iZySolutions qui permet de traiter rapidement les fax et e-mails des commandes optiques et d&rsquo;optimiser leurs co\u00fbts de traitement. Le plus de cette solution \u00e9tant le contr\u00f4le des anomalies sur les commandes EDI, selon Nicolas.<\/p>\n<p>Au fil de ces ann\u00e9es et de la pratique, Nicolas est devenu un expert <a href=\"https:\/\/izysolutions.com\/fr\/nos-logiciels\/iwicatalogue\/\">iWiCatalog<\/a>. Cela a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 possible gr\u00e2ce aux diff\u00e9rentes fonctionnalit\u00e9s d&rsquo;iWiCatalog qu&rsquo;il a utilis\u00e9es en tant que b\u00eata-testeur avant leur lancement sur le march\u00e9.
